Breathe Fitness is offering a weekly conditioning class geared toward runners, triathletes, cyclists, and cross-country skiers looking to improve their skill level, fitness and performance.
Our coaches will put you through a structured workout to develop the proper biomechanics and physiological capacities required to become a stronger athlete while reducing your risk of injury to allow you to keep training and competing in the sport you love.
Recovery techniques will be incorporated into each session to help you improve your flexibility and range of motion, and reduce the risk of overuse injuries.
All sessions held at Breathe Fitness on Whyte
