Len has always incorporated fitness as an integral part of daily life: pedalling or walking to work, playing hockey through the winter, or signing up for a race to have a training goal in sight.

Realizing that inactivity adversely affects your health in a myriad of ways – and then making sure to do something (you enjoy) about it, which you will stick with (for the long-haul), is probably the most common obstacle we all need to overcome on the path to leading an active lifestyle.

With a background in Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta with studies in Molecular Genetics (1997) and Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (2001), Len has been teaching his clients how to meld the Science and Art of physical activity into a cohesive whole for the past 15 years.

Len believes that teaching his clients to move efficiently, and confidently, will help them stay injury-free, motivated to strive for new challenges, inspired to incorporate regular physical activity into their daily lives, and to recognize that the whole truly is greater than the sum of the parts.

Nicole believes being in control of your health and wellness is a lifelong pursuit. Through teaching others that active living is a habit, a mindset, and a particular way of life, Nicole shares her enthusiasm for fitness by educating and encouraging her clients on their journey toward optimizing their fitness goals and athletic endeavours.

Born and raised in North Vancouver, she attended Capilano University earning a diploma in Health & Fitness before completing her Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia (2008).  Nicole grew up participating in multiple sports, but her true passion lies with Ringette, where she has competed at 10 national championships.

Coaching in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, educator, and mentor to aspiring coaches and personal trainers, Nicole has acquired an extensive skill set at both a theoretical and practical level to help anyone needing guidance, education, or motivation to feel empowered to reach their personal health or athletic goals. 

Nicole continues to inspire people to make manageable changes - starting right now - to make daily physical activity an integral part of their everyday lives.

Owen has been a Personal Trainer with Breathe Fitness since January 2018 and has quickly been building up a sizeable clientele at our Whyte Avenue Studio.

Owen is available at the Enbridge Fitness Centre both during the day and evenings to provide personal training, program design and setup, and helping prepare you for your summertime races, trips, and life pursuits.

Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Alberta and is currently a Professional Kinesiologist (PKin) within the city of Edmonton.

She is an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Empowered Yoga who also teaches at various studios throughout Edmonton & surrounding areas.

When Sarah isn't teaching or practicing yoga herself, she also enjoys golfing, hiking, & adventuring with her German Shepherd pup.

To become a Group Fitness Class, Fitness Centre and/or Bicycle Storage member, come visit the Fitness Centre between 10:00am and 2:00pm, Monday through Friday.  

The security doors on the 2nd level mezzanine, which require an access wristband at all other times, will be open, and the Fitness Centre Front desk staff will be available to answer your questions - and get you signed up on the spot!

Personal Training at the Enbridge Fitness Centre:

Breathe Fitness is the Operations Manager of the state-of-the-art Enbridge Fitness Facility located on the 2nd floor of the Enbridge Centre tower.  

Use of the Fitness Facility is limited exclusively to tenants of the Enbridge Centre and their employees.

Personal Training sessions are either 60 minutes in duration or they can be modified to 45 minutes in order to fit your daily work schedule.  

Services include:

Personal Training and Partner (2-to-1) Training.

Small Group Training (3-6 participants).

Breathe Fitness on WHyte:

All comers are welcome no matter your skill, experience, or intensity level.

Options abound. Come for alone time. Train with a friend or spouse. Join a class or small group. Find a workout partner here at Breathe to stay motivated and on track. Take home a customized program. Utilize your Health-Spending Account.

Our Personal Training sessions incorporate whole-body functional movements in a circuit-based workout to help you build more muscle, burn extra fat, and gain energy while improving your overall athleticism, mobility, and functionality.
