Movement Skills (Focus: Agility and Speed Training Preparation)

COMPLEX A: PERFORM ALL EXERCISES STRAIGHT THROUGH TO COMPLETE A SINGLE ‘SET’

BALANCE & ACTIVATION:

COMPLEX B: PERFORM ALL EXERCISES STRAIGHT THROUGH TO COMPLETE A SINGLE ‘SET’

Movement skills:

Set-Up: 8 cones in a zig-zag formation approximately 4 to 5 meters apart.  Always start at cone 1, progress through, and then run back down the side back to Cone 1 to start the following set. 


Entire-body Lift (Focus: Build Muscular Endurance & Strength)

Complex C: Perform all exercises straight through to complete a single ‘set’

COMPLEX D: PERFORM ALL EXERCISES STRAIGHT THROUGH TO COMPLETE A SINGLE ‘SET’

   Table: entire-body lift – Sets/Reps/tempo – Phase 1 – Day 2
