Phase 1 :: Day 5

Nervous System Activation / Fast Feet

(Focus: PREPARATION for Agility, Fast-twitch Muscle Fibre recruitment, & Anaerobic Conditioning)

Set-Up: Place a foot-long band of tape on floor (approximately 1 foot in length and 2 to 3 inches in width).


Entire-body Lift (Focus: Build Muscular Endurance & Strength)

Complex A: Perform all exercises straight through to complete a single ‘set’

COMPLEX B: PERFORM ALL EXERCISES STRAIGHT THROUGH TO COMPLETE A SINGLE ‘SET’
